Configuring Email Clients
Email users can access their email via IMAP/SMTP, the SOGo groupware interface, or POP3. Here are some example configurations. In each example the username is the full email address.
IMAP:
Server: mail.example.com
IMAP port: 143
Username: Your-Email-Address
Password: Your-Email-Password
SMTP:
Server: mail.example.com
Outgoing mail port: 25 or 587 (recommended)
The SMTP server requires authentication.
Username: Your-Email-Address
Password: Your-Email-Password
SOGo:
Username: Your-Email-Address
Password: Your-Email-Password
English is the default language.
POP3:
Server: mail.example.com
Incoming mail port: 110
Username: Your-Email-Address
Password: Your-Email-Password
