How to Set Up Calendars and Contacts
Thunderbird uses the SOGo Integrator Add-on to synchronize your calendars and contacts. You can download the plugin here (Right click the link and save the add-on to your computer.)
Step 1
Installing the SOGo Integrator Add-on
Open Thunderbird and select the menu icon from the upper right hand corner.
Step 2
Click on Add-ons from the menu.
Step 3
Now the Add-ons Manager should be open. Click on the Add-ons menu icon near the top.
Step 4
Select Install Add-on From File... and choose the plugin file saved from above.
Step 5
This add-on is a custom built plugin exclusively for REVLY customers. You will need to confirm that you trust this add-on by pressing the Install Now button.
Step 6
After the add-on is installed Thunderbird will need to be restarted. Press the Restart Now button at the top of the Add-ons Manager.
Step 7
Thunderbird may restart more than once. When finished you will have three new add-ons installed.
Step 8
When finished it will present you with a pop-up window asking for a password for calendars and contacts. Enter your password, check the box next to Use Password Manager to remember this password, and press the OK button. (Note: If the check box does not appear. Press the cancel button on the window until it changes to look like the example below.)
Step 9
You may now access your calendars by clicking on the calendar icon in the upper right hand corner. Calendars will open in their own tab.
Step 10
And you may now access your tasks by clicking on the tasks icon in the upper right hand corner. Tasks will open in their own tab.
Step 11
To access your contacts select Address Book from the top of the email tab.
Step 12
Your Address Books will appear in their own window.
