How to Remove Profiles from your iOS Device

Most issues encountered when dealing with the mail app on an iOS device can be resolved by removing and re-installing your current profile. This guide will show you how to remove your profile so that you may re-install it.

Step 1

To begin, select the Settings tab on your device's home screen.

Next, select the General tab on your device's settings page.

Step 3

Select the Profile tab. You may need to scroll down to find it.

Step 4

Select the Remove button underneath your email address.

Step 5

Your device will then make certain you want to remove your current profile. Select Remove once again. Your profile should now be successfully removed from your phone.
