Show User in Directory
Step 1
In the UMI, under Users, select List Users.
Step 2
For the user you wish to show/hide in the directory, select Edit.
Step 3
At the bottom of the Edit User page, you will see a drop-down menu with the words "Show user in directory?" next to it.
The default is set to Yes to show the user in the directory. If you wish hide the user, select No from the drop-down menu.
Click Edit User at the bottom of the screen when you are finished.
