Show Alias in Directory
Step 1
In the UMI, under Aliases, select List Aliases.
Step 2
For the alias you wish to show/hide in the directory, select Edit.
Step 3
At the bottom of the Edit Alias page, you will see a drop-down menu with the words "Show user in directory?" next to it.
The default is set to Yes to show the alias in the directory. If you wish hide the alias, select No from the drop-down menu.
Click Edit Alias at the bottom of the screen when you are finished.
